The Mighty God in Your Midst
Zephaniah 2–3 · Haggai 1
“The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy.”
Zephaniah 3:17 KJV
TODAY’S DEVOTION
Zephaniah moves through judgment into a stunning picture of God dwelling among a restored people. He is mighty to save, yet His strength is not cold or distant; He rejoices over His people with love. When fear makes God seem far away, return to what Scripture reveals. His holy presence calls us to repentance and becomes our deepest security.
