God Rebuilds What Fell

Amos 8–9 · Obadiah 1

“In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof.”

Amos 9:11 KJV

TODAY’S DEVOTION

Judgment is not the final word of Amos. God promises to raise what had fallen and repair its breaches. Restoration belongs to His redemptive purpose, not our ability to pretend nothing broke. Bring Him the honest ruins. Jesus builds a people from every nation who bear His name, and He remains able to restore faithful worship where failure once stood.
